In this video series, I take my most popular images and do a thorough walkthrough of how I achieve the look and feel of the image, including the story behind it, discussion about capture techniques, color theory, raw development, photoshop work, and final output. You will get to see my general workflow plus extra little nuances that inevitably occur in my processing that are unique to each image. creating great landscape photography, and how to apply the concepts to your own work.
The course will take a look at wide angle composition, and specifically the idea of visual
force for foregrounds and the importance of mid grounds, an often overlooked area of a
wide angle image. The concept of visual weight will be thoroughly explored and how it
applies to any type of composition. Abstract and Intimate compositions will be explored,
showing a series of different styles of abstract and intimate compositions. This course will
also dive into processing techniques that can be used to improve composition using tools
like the transform warp and the liquify tool, and techniques like focal length blending and
perspective blending.

landscape photography and how we can use it to make the color in our images better and more
harmonious. This course will thoroughly explain what color theory is, exp

what we can do to avoid altering colors in images too much, and explore the illusion of relative
color and how it might sometimes trick

This course is an in detail demonstration of how a finished landscape image from the portfolio of landscape photographer Ted Gore is created from start to finish. The course begins with a breakdown of the concept, the composition, and the color theory behind the image, and then covers the processing beginning with the base raw processing in lightroom. Continuing on into photoshop, the course then shows all the steps of the process in photoshop covering the topics focus blending, focal length blending, adding light glow and accentuating scene light, transform warping for composition, sharpening for web, and more.
